BB-2000
This exclusive rebeaming system BB-2000 is directly diverted from the Jaeggli-Reggiani continuous ranges and it’s specifically designed to rewind original indigo-denim dyed yarns from one warped beam (obtained generally after rebeaming the dyed ropes) onto small beams.
The BB-2000 system can be integrated in any denim plants with warp dyeing but mainly with rope dyeing ranges where it’s much easier to get ready-made warped beams (after rope rebeaming).
The rebeaming line BB-2000 is the first of two productive steps to obtain finally yarns in cones. The BB-2000 is composed by a beam unwinder electronically interfaced with our special double-sided beaming station with total 12 beams.
The indigo-denim feeding beam can have 360 or 420 or 480 ends max. to be rewound onto 12 small beams with 30 or 35 or 40 ends max. each.
Thanks to this innovative Jaeggli-Reggiani system, now the denim producers can have regular industrial production of original indigo-denim yarns (with its special characteristic to fade in time) to be used in the fashionable niche market of the denim-knit products.
