MC-2000
The continuous beam mercerizing range MC-2000 by Jaeggli-Reggiani, mainly suitable for the spinning mills not yet involved in the yarns processing, represents a great step forward in the worldwide technological innovation concerning the mercerisation.
The true revolution is based mainly on two factors as the new way to mercerising the yarns and the remarkable lowering of the processing cost to obtain top quality mercerised yarns.
The continuous mercerisation of the yarns processed as warp sheet enables to obtain real deep and full mercerisation, constant quality, no yarns handling (compared to hanks system), easy organization and management of the process operations and process under full control with in-line neutralization and drying (after mercerising) obtaining finally grey mercerised yarns without the need to go immediately to dyeing which can be arranged later on (according the market orders for dyed or grey mercerised yarns).
Therefore the biggest benefits coming from this system are the short ROI time (return of investment) thanks to the low processing cost and the reduced manpower required to produce.
The feeding of the continuous mercerising range MC-2000 is preferably from direct warped beams but can be also directly from cones on external creels, depending on the counts to be processed.
The delivery of the mercerised yarns is generally onto small beams to be then rewound onto soft cones for dyeing or compact cones for knitting/weaving by means of the special patented simultaneous beam-to-cones rewinding system RS-2000 by Jaeggli-Reggiani; eventually all the yarns can be also delivered onto one warp-beam whether suitable for weaving directly.
