RS-2000
The innovative system is completed by simultaneous rewinding lines RS-2000 from beam to cones each composed by a high speed beam unwinder integrated with a precision winding machine specially equipped with electronic dancer-arms to control the tension evenness and the winding density of the soft packages for dyeing or high density for knitting/weaving.
The RS-2000 is always equipped with a special “Venturi” air-threading in device for each of the yarns coming from the feeding beams and to be rewound onto cones.
From 1 up to 3 lines RS-2000 are generally required to balance the output of the processing line.
